Step 1: Open the FUMC Membership Update document

Step 2: Fill out the FUMC Membership Update document with your new information

Step 3: Save the FUMC Membership Update document to your computer

Step 4: Print out your FUMC Membership Update document and return it to the church office or email the document as an attachment to businessoffice@icfirstchurch.org
